To assist us in achieving this aim, in 2001 we implemented a Quality Management System and today we are proud to announce for the tenth consecutive year we have achieved ISO 9001:2009 Quality Management System “Certification” which places us as one of only a few Design and Advertising Agencies in Australia endorsed under these strict international standards.

The BKAYDesign “Scope of Certification” for ISO 9001:2009 covers the Quality Management System for the provision of Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, Strategic Planning, Exhibition Design and Project Management Services.

The annual Audit conducted by SAI Global, investigates and reviews the processes developed that ensure consistent and robust project management which includes all the elements of design, planning, standards, technical competency, fabrication, construction, production and project management.
